Lost in Arizona is an artistic odyssey that blends live music, comic books, and object theater to explore the vast expanses of an imaginary America.
✈️ Project Origins
The adventure begins in 2023, at 30,000 feet, during a flight to Tucson, Arizona. Thomas and Tommy, each driven by their own artistic project, meet and share their dreams of America. Their journey becomes the starting point for this transdisciplinary show that blends reality and fiction.

🌵 The Desert Sound
The music of Tucson, carried by bands like Giant Sand and Calexico, is a melting pot of genres:
- 🎵 Americana: Folk, blues, country
- 🎺 Mariachi: Inherited from Mexican traditions
- 💃 Cumbia: Dance rhythms from Colombia

🖌️🎤 A Musical and Visual Documentary Show
At the crossroads of music, comic books, and live animation cinema, Lost in Arizona comes to life through:
- Live animated illustrations
- Live music performance
- Object theater and live cinema
The artists use paper mechanisms, cut-outs, and sound loops to create an immersive and poetic experience.
